The firmware update from yesterday, from something good became something really bad. It got stuck on this screen... It even didn't accept the shutdown command pressing the button. I had to unplug the laptop from the power and wait for the battery to completely discharge to turn it off! Finally, I'll be able to reboot the Little Dell. A firmware update came up, and I'll need to restart for installation. Mickey asked me to join a meeting with the team from France and elaborate on the check if they have questiosn . My participation wasn't necessary (thank goodness!). I also took a look at the agenda for the HYDMedia Services Meeting Day for next week... I tried to test the behavior of the Oracle plugin, to see if it would lose its configurations in case of an update via the Check_MK WATO. I couldn't update the plugin through the WATO, even after configuring the "Agent Update" rule. Pieter even created a key for our Infra hosts (I4U_DEMO_TEST), but there were no changes in the mk_oracle.cfg file. I also couldn't find how to properly configure the Oracle Custom SQL using WATO. Finalmente vou conseguir atualizar o Pequeno Dell. Surgiu uma atualização do firmware e vou precisar reiniciar para instalação. Mickey me pediu para participar de uma reunião com o time da França e auxiliar nas dúvidas que pudessem surgir sobre o monitoramento. Não foi necessário minha participação (ainda bem!). Também dei uma olhada na agenda do HYDMedia Services Meeting Day para próxima semana... Tentei testar o comportamento do plugin do Oracle, se ele perderia as configurações caso houvesse uma atualização via Check_MK GUI do mesmo. Não consegui atualizar o plugin através da Master Page, mesmo configurando a regra de "Agent Update". Pieter inclusive criou uma chave para os hosts de nossa Infra (I4U_DEMO_TEST), mas mesmo assim não houve mudanças no arquivo mk_oracle.cfg. Também não encontrei como configurar corretamente, usando WATO, o Oracle Custom SQL.  Continuing Anaílson and Almíria's visit, we woke up around 11:00 and had a small breakfast. After that, we went to have lunch at Numar, in Cabedelo, and from there they returned to Recife. The rest of the weekend was just watching series and chilling. I finished One of Us Is Lying (👎 Not for me) and started Avatar - The Last Airbender, an adaptation of the anime of the same name made by Netflix in partnership with Nickelodeon. It was well done!

We didn't have the progress status meeting for the ServiceNav sites in France. Pascal was unwell, and there wasn't much to add from the other team members. Only our team was present, and we won by default.  The meeting with Tony regarding the monitoring of Check_MK vs. Prometheus was also brief. Unfortunately, there isn't an "automatic" way to add the services available in Prometheus. The Check_MK support suggested creating a script to do it. Tony will try with his team in the UK to find a solution for this. I  received a rather ridiculous response from Ultrafarma regarding the delay in changing the status of my order from APPROVED to Shipped, or something similar. A pretty useless response, to be honest. Starting with what the FAQ says: But the order did not switch from the APPROVED status so that I can track it, or something similar. Totally useless.  Não tivemos a reunião de status de progresso dos sites ServiceNav da França. Pascal estava doente e não havia muito o que acrescentar pelos outros integrantes. Apenas nosso time estava presente e vencemos por W.O.  Também foi curta a reunião com Tony a respeito do monitoramento do Check_MK x Prometheus. Infelizmente não existe uma forma "automática" de adicionar os serviços disponíveis no Prometheus. A sugestão do suporte do Check_MK foi de criar um script para fazê-lo. Tony vai tentar com o time dele em UK alguma solução para isso. Recebi uma resposta bem ridícula da Ultrafarma a respeito da demora na mudança de status do meu pedido, de APROVADO para Enviado, ou algo parecido. Uma resposta bem inútil por sinal.
