Sat on a chair at a pub balcony I wait someone to sit by my side, at this empty place. Someone to talk or just to pretend that I’m not alone on that place. I stay there, sat, with no goal or objective. Just an irrational and unconscious wish to someone get closer.
On an inevitable way, this wait becomes into a desire, because from all wishes born a desire. And every desire becomes into a suffering. I suffer for this desire. I desire because I live, because I wish to someone sit here. I suffer because I live.
Somebody, for a while, stops in front of the little chair. I fell an absent of pain for a moment. A satisfaction, but as every satisfaction moment, isn't durable. She just takes a drink and gone.
Life is a history of pain, which resumes itself like this: with no reason we want to suffer and always fight, die soon, and then on and on by the centuries of centuries, until the end of the world.

- "One more drink, please..."

  2. How? You are in Brazil, I'm a Methodist (well, at least I used to be, anyway alcohol is technically against my religion), and what will your wife think of such a thing?

I'll do a toast to you.
