Cadê os Orgânicos =(

Dando continuidade aos meus devaneios culinários, vou tentar algo chamado "Bruschettas de Abobrinha Marinada com Búfala e Tomate Cereja". Na verdade torradas com queijo, abobrinha e tomate =P Vou fazer algumas adaptações, pois a receita original vem com muita frescura. Mas uma coisa é fato, vou ter que comprar tomates e abobrinhas.
Primeiramente pensei em comprar todos os ingredientes no supermercado, mas quero fazer uma coisa mais orgânica possível. Os produtos vendidos nos supermercados, em sua maioria, já são aquelas coisas geneticamente alteradas. Pelo menos a Lei de Orgânicos (10.831) obriga agora que os produtos orgânicos tragam o selo abaixo em suas embalagens, mas o problema é que sua obrigatoriedade só começa a valer à partir de 01 de Janeiro de 2011. Até lá fica a critério da sorte achar um produto orgânico nos supermercados.
O jeito é ir às feiras livres para conseguir um bom produto orgânico. Olha ai que maravilha. Feira livre... Cheio de gente bonita e cheirosa. Como viajei para o interior no fim de semana passado, pensei em acordar cedo para ir à feira pertinho da casa do meu sogro. Claro, feira de rua é bom chegar bem cedo para pegar os melhores produtos. Depois é só "resto de feira". O problema foi que passei o dia anterior inteiro bebendo com meu concunhado, no sítio a uns 30 km da cidade, adentrando pela noite... Chegar cedo na feira virou a lenda.

Continuing my culinary adventures, I'll try to cook something called "Bruschetta with Buffalo Courgette Marinade and Cherry Tomato". In fact this is only toast with cheese, zucchini and tomato =P I'll do some adaptations, because the original recipe is too fussy for me. But one thing is true, I must buy tomatoes and zucchini.
First I thought into buy all the recipe ingredients on a supermarket, but I want to make the thing as organic as possible. Products that are sold on a supermarket, in their majority, are genetically modified stuffs. At least the Law of Organics here obligate that all the organic products must come with the seal above on their packing, but the problem is that the obligation will only begins at January, 1 of 2011. Until there is to the lucky to find some organic products on the supermarket.
Left me to go to the live market to try to get a good organic. Look how wonderful... Live markets, fulfilled of beautiful people, good smell... As I had traveled to the countryside last weekend I thought in wake up earlier in the morning to go to the live market near to my father-in-law house. Sure, when I tell you early, I mean very early, because on live markets you must get there very early to get the better products. After this is just the "rest". The trouble then was that I spent the day before drinking with the husband of my sister-in-law, at the farm far 30km from the town, going through the night and over... To get early at the live market became just a fairytale...
