Hotel Friendly...

É... Se a união entre pessoas do mesmo sexo fosse legalizada aqui, não deverá mesmo mudar muita coisa não. Afinal, quem melhor para aceitar e respeitar a diversidade senão a capital multicultural! Recife já representa o principal destino, no Nordeste, da rota do turismo LGBT (Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais e Transexuais). Na minha época só existia "Viado" e "Sapatão". Hoje existem todas essas letras e siglas e coisa e tal. Que coisa fantástica.

E olha que coisa maravilhosa. Pensando já numa melhor receptividade a esse "people", o Recife Convention & Visitors Bureau está tentando promover turisticamente a capital Pernambucana para esse público. Um dos objetivos será o de consolidar Recife como rota turística LGBT. E os hotéis associados a esse projeto receberão capacitação para receber os amigos da diversidade e terão uma placa escrito "Friendly", com as cores do arco-íris, informando que fazem parte do circuito "Feliz".
Que coisa feliz. Agora você já sabe que quando for se hospedar em um hotel que tiver um arco-íris, não é porque os donos são irlandeses e existe um Leprechaun com pote de ouro te esperando. É porque você vai encontrar o people alegre hospedado e poderá interagir e participar dessa terna comunidade.
Acho que tenho que começar a procurar uma barraca nova...

So it is... I guess if the homosexual union here were legalized, wouldn't change so much. After all, where is the better place to accept and respect the diversity but the multicultural capital city! Recife already represents the main destination, at Nordeste, of the LGBT route (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transsexuals). In my day were only "Gay" and "Lesbians". Today there are all those names and abbreviations and stuffs. What a wonderful thing.
And see what a beautiful thing. Thinking on a better way to welcome those people, the Recife Convention & Bureau is trying to promote tourist destination to the Pernambuco capital for this public. One of the goals will be to consolidate Recife as the touristic LGBT route. The hotels that are associated to the project will receive capacitating and training to welcome the diversity friends and will have the sign "Friendly", with the rainbow colors, informing that is a hotel of the "happy" route.
What a happy thing, isn't it? Now you know that when you going stay at a hotel with a rainbow on his wall, it's not because the owners are Irish and there will be some Leprechaun with a pot of gold waiting for you. It's just because you'll find a happy people hosted there and can interact and participate in this tender community!
I guess I must buy a new tend...
