Papai, porque só o SERPRO pode fazer greve?

Até o ano passado eu ficava me questionando sobre a contribuíção sindical que é descontada anualmente em nossos contra-cheques. Um sindicato apático, que nunca havia feito uma mobilização que justificasse nem tomando ações significativas. Uma contribuíção que eu não concordava e todo ano tinha que tentar entregar de última hora uma declaração ao sindicato solicitando que não fosse descontada a taxa. Claro, eu nunca conseguia entregar a tempo, já que o comunicado informando o último dia para entregar a declaração era justamente no último dia!
Digo até ano passado porque houve uma grande mudança. Em 2009 houve a revolta dos profissionais de TI de Pernambuco e o sindicato brigou por uma série de itens no acordo anual da convenção. Houveram greves (na verdade o SERPRO que entrou em greve. Nós de empresas particulares "não podemos" fazê-lo). O aumento levou mais de seis meses para sair, pois estava tramitando na justiça e conseguimos suados 5,53% de reajuste, entre outros itens.
Apesar de apenas o SERPRO ter o Poder da Greve, algo mudou ano passado. Algo apontou para os empresários de TI e disse "Ei, não estamos gostando de como estamos sendo tratados!". Sim amigos, existe vida no sindicato! Resta agora apenas esperar o dia em que nossa categoria possa fazer um greve conjunta, quando necessário, não apenas uma greve de uma empresa só.

A no actions union, that had never done any mobilization to justify neither took any meaning action. A contribution that I disagree and every year I had to write a letter to the union asking to they don't deduct. Sure, every year they deduct because I could never delivery the letter on time, once that they published the dead line, on the dead line day!
I said last year because that was a big change. On 2009 that was the TI Labor Revolution (I named this) and the labor union fought for a several points at the annual convention agreement. That were strikes (in fact only the SERPRO did a strike. We, labors of private companies "can't" do it). The salary increase was more than six months late, because of the process on justice, but we got a hard 5,53%, among another several items.
Instead of only the SERPRO has the Strike Power, something had changed last year. Something pointed to the IT companies and said: "Hey, we aren't liking the way that you're treating us!". Yes my friends, that's still life inside the union. Now rest only to wait the day when our category may can do a general strike, if necessary, and not a strike of only one company.

you could never deliver the letter on time, that stinks. If I were you I might wonder if I smelled at rat(I smell a rat is a term used when one suspects that the other is not being entirely honest with them, if you are unfamiliar with the term).
