Então, nosso amigo resolveu tomar o Ferry Boat até o Norte da Inglaterra, cidade de Hull. Achou a viagem excelente, principalmente pelas qualidades da embarcação. Tipo um minicruzeiro. Só não aproveitou mais porque pegou um forte nevoeiro no caminho e ficou preocupado. Não tem com que se preocupar, pois as embarcações atuais são orientadas por satélites, além do que possuem sonares e radar para evitar colisões. De qualquer modo é sempre bom ter uma Pedra do Sol consigo para um momento desses =P

A Pedra do Sol era utilizada pelos Vikings, considerados os melhores navegadores que já existiram, para guiarem-se mesmo sob forte neblina ou céu encoberto. Esse cristal, embora chamado de "pedra", possui propriedades que conseguem detectar a posição do Sol mesmo com o tempo ruim, coberto por nuvens e com névoa. Uma vez que você soubesse aproximadamente que horas seriam, você saberia a direção que estava navegando pela posição do Sol.

Claro, ele não evita choques com outras embarcações ou pedras, mas evita que você vá parar na costa da Noruega em vez da Inglaterra. Por isso nunca saia de casa sem sua Pedra do Sol. Nunca se sabe quando vai estar perdido no mar em meio a um nevoeiro.

So, our friend chose to take the ferry boat till the North of England, city of Hull. He found the trip excellent, even more because the boat quality and services. Something like a Mini Cruise. He just couldn't enjoy even more because a strong fog on is way, worrying him. There's nothing to worry about, because the ships nowadays have satellite orientation, also having sonar and radar to avoid collisions. Anyway it's always important bring with you a SunStone to those moments =P

Sunstone was used by the Vikings, considered to have an amazing navigation skill, to sailing even under strong fog or a sky covered by clouds. This crystal, besides called as a "stone", has properties that can detect the Sun position even on bad weather, covered by clouds or on fog. Once you knew what time would be, nearly, you would also know the direction that you were following by the Sun position.

Sure, the SunStone can't avoid collisions against another ships or stones, but avoids you to go to the Norway coast instead the England. That's why you should never go out without your SunStone. You never know when you might be lost at the sea on a middle of a fog =P
