Ritual dos Quatro Elementos

Esse ritual deve ser praticado em um local aberto, tipo uma clareira, um parque ou um jardim. O importante é que haja muitos vegetais (não, não podem ser os repolhos que você compra no mercado) e que seja um dia ensolarado. A primeira coisa a fazer é tornar-se parte do contexto. Sentir a grama, as plantas, escutar os sons da natureza até sentir-se relaxado.
Agora que você está em paz, com um cetro ou cajado trace um círculo de proteção. Sente-se no chão, dentro do círculo e chame os quatro elementos sete vezes: "Terra! Ar! Fogo! Água!". Mesmo que o Capitão Planeta não apareça você deverá sentir a força dos elementos se manifestar. Então está na hora de preparar o altar:
- Atame
- Cálice
- Sino
- Garrafa com Vinho
- Vela Verde
- Vela Amarela
- Vela Azul
- Vela Vermelha (Pensou que era a branca, né?)
- Óleo de patchouli
- Óleo de Alfazema
- Óleo de Camomila
- Óleo de Rosa
O atame a direita, o cálice a esquerda, o sino ao norte e a garrafa de vinho ao sul. Unte a vela verde com óleo de patchouli. Acenda-a e coloque a oeste do altar, próximo ao centro. Crave o atame na terra repetindo os seguintes versos:
"Grande Mãe, Senhora da Terra;
Abra os caminhos da minha mente
Para o equilíbrio dos ciclos anuais;
Abra os caminhos do meu corpo
Para o instinto dos animais selvagens;
Abra os caminhos do meu cotidiano
Para as riquezas dos mundos subterrâneos."
Unte a vela amarela com o óleo de alfazema, acenda-a e coloque ao norte do altar, próximo ao centro. Toque o sino quatro vezes e repita:
"Grande Mãe, aquela que canta com os ventos;
Em teu sopro traga a sabedoria
Para que penetre por todos os meus poros
E se expanda em forma de luz e energia".
Unte a vela vermelha com óleo de camomila. Acenda-a e derrame três gotas de cera derretida no chão. Coloque a leste do altar próxima ao centro. Repita o seguinte encantamento:
"Grande Mãe, eis o poder do teu calor;
O fogo que queima minhas amarguras;
O fogo que se torna minha vitalidade;
O fogo que ilumina meu interior.
Para seguir o teu caminho de luz".
Unte a vela azul com o óleo de rosa. Acenda-a e coloque ao sul do altar, próximo ao centro. Encha o cálice com o vinho. Ele simboliza a Deusa. Deixe que a luz do Sol reflita no líquido repetindo os seguintes versos:
"No momento em que os raios do Sol se refletem nesse cálice, nossos deuses se unificam, tornando-se uma energia onipresente e onipotente. E é deste líquido que provarei essa força, para que a luz da Deusa e do Deus habite em meu interior, em forma de um ágape cósmico e profundo."
Faça um brinde com o cálice dizendo:
"Eu bebo com os deuses e com os espíritos aqui presentes, e peço (... faça um pedido especial), e que isso funcione de uma forma correta e imprejudicial."
Beba o cálice e encerre o ritual dizendo:
"Que assim seja!"
Retire o atame da terra. Apague as velas (sem soprá-las) e feche o círculo de proteção.

This ritual must be practiced at a outdoor place, like a clearing, a park or a garden. The important thing is that there be many vegetables (but not the cabbage that you bought at the market!) and must be a sunny day. The first thing to do is being a part of the context. Feel the grass, the plants, listen the nature sounds until you feel relaxed.
Now that you're feeling peace, using a rod or a staff do a protection circle. Sit down inside it and call the four elements seven times:
"Earth! Air! Fire! Water!". Even if the Captain Planet And The Planeteers don't come you might feel the power of the elements manifesting. So is time to prepare the altar:
- Dagger
- Chalice
- Bell
- Bottle of Wine
- Green Candle
- Yellow Candle
- Blue Candle
- Red Candle (Confess, you thought that would come the white candle now)
- Patchouli Oil
- Lavender Oil
- Chamomile Oil
- Rose Oil
The dagger placed right, the chalice left, the bell to the north and the bottle of wine to the south. Anoint the green candle with the patchouli oil. Light it and place at western on the altar, near to center. Rivet the dagger on the earth, and pray:
"Great Mother, Lady of Earth;
Open the paths of my mind
To the equilibrium of the annual cycles;
Open the paths of my body
To the salvage animals instincts;
Open the path of my days
To the riches of the subterranean worlds."
Rivet the yellow candle with the lavender oil, light it and place on the north of the altar, near to center. Ring the bell four times and pray:
"Great Mother, she that sings with the winds;
I your blow bring me the sapience
To penetrate into all my pores
And expand itself into light and energy."
Rivet the red candle with the camomile oil. Light it and drew three drops of wax on the floor. Place it at east of the altar, near to center. Pray the follow enchantment:
"Great Mother, here's the power of your heat;
The fire that burns my bitterness;
The fire that becomes my vitality;
The fire which illuminates me inside.
To follow your path of light."
Rivet the blue candle with the rose oil. Light it and place at south, near to center. Fill in the chalice with the wine. It symbolizes the Goddess. Let the sun light reflect the liquid, praying the verses:
"At the moment when the sun rays reflect into this chalice, our gods get unified, becoming one unique energy omnipresent and omnipotent. And is from this liquid that I'll taste this power, to that the God and Goddess light habitats inside me, on a form of a cosmic and deep love feast."
Do a toast with the chalice praying:
"I drink together with the gods and spirits, here present, and ask (... do a special wish), and that this works into a correct and no harm way."
Drink the chalice and end the ritual saying:
"So there it is!"
Take off the dagger from the earth. Turn off the candles (don't blow) and close the protection circle.
